Thank you so much for your patience and expertise during our Five Star Celebration on August 26th. What an impressive sight to come around the bend in the lane and see the white flags. Even our parks director said he was so surprised to see how beautiful the flags were and how impressive it was to pull under the tent at the front door for valet parking. In the house, we controlled the flow of traffic through the house and out to the Fairview Room and then onto the veranda where the bar was located. Steve, Sandy Anderson is still singing your praises for advising her to rent the beautiful bar and helping her with the ice issue.

And Teri, you did a superb job of advising us on the linens. They made the tent absolutely beautiful! The white table cloths covered with black toppers and decorated with the elegant gold napkins tied with black ribbons made the tent stunning. So, on behalf of both Danielle and myself, thanks Teri.

The Five Star Celebration on August 26th required a lot of hard work and took a great deal of planning, but our guests left saying it truly was a five star event. Plus, from all reports I am receiving, they are still talking about it. None of this could have happened if it had not been for the interest and dedication you showed to us. I always know that Main Events will accept any challenge I give to you with the confidence and that I will be treated with kindness and enthusiasm.

This is one customer that is so thankful you are located in our area.

Dear Main Events Party Rental,

This letter is to thank you for your donation of 60 balloons for our annual Walk to Remember at Genesis HealthCare System. This walk is held yearly for the families who have experienced the loss of an infant. This year we had 32 family members attend the walk.

A balloon was given to each family member that attended the walk, and they wrote a letter to their infant they lost on the balloon. The families then released the balloons, and watched as their messages rose up to their infants. Many tears were shed during this time.

Again, thank you for your support to Genesis and the community. We look forward to working with you in the future.

Thank you for helping us with the Victorian Christmas Open House by providing us with an additional tent and being right beside us during all the preliminary weather issues. Without your support and tremendous help, we could not have provided the event.

The Open House on December 12 was especially meaningful for 1,225 people who toured the house and another estimated 300 who elected to go directly to the tent for the program. While the Victorian Christmas event takes a lot of hard work, it is well worth it to see happiness on the faces of people and to provide families with quality leisure time together. Christmas is such a beautiful time of year, and we are thankful that, with the help of so many wonderful people, we can demonstrate the gift of giving and the true meaning of the season.

My wedding was this past November, and I ordered a 50 x 160 tent with 44 tables, 475 chairs, and all kinds of wedding supplies. The ordering process was easy, and they helped me with the layout and everything. They even created a personalized tent layout so that setup would be easier for us. The setup was fast, and days before so that we had plenty of time to set everything up on our end. The crew was polite and helpful, and everything looked great!! I recently ordered several inflatables for my son’s indoor birthday party, and everything was excellent. The customer service from Teri was great, and all of my questions were answered. The delivery men were also excellent, and they were there right around when they said they would be. They were also great when we ran into a problem where some of the bigger pieces would not fit through the door, and rather than getting upset, they went out of their way to unroll the unit and make it fit through the door! The bouncies were awesome, and the kids loved them. They were all clean, and in great condition. The popcorn and cotton candy were also a big hit. I recommend this company to anyone I talk to. Great Service and all around great people!!
