We don't just do a few odd parties on weekends and return phone calls during the
evening. We are a full time, full service company that has been in business in since
1993. We have staff that will answer your questions during the daytime when you call.
We have answering machines for after hours to communicate with you. When you call
our store, you will talk to a real live person for your primary contact or if you
need to leave a message for someone else. Our commercial event staff office hours
are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday. We have a showroom open that you can check
out on Saturdays from 09:00 to 12:00 as well. Closed Sundays and holidays unless

We Setup Early.
Instead of installing and delivering rentals an hour before your party starts, we
set up and deliver your equipment well before your guests arrive. For tent projects,
we usually setup at least one or two days early for a Saturday wedding so that you
have everything in place with no last minute running around to worry about. An Installer
carrying equipment through your backyard or tying down guy lines half an hour before
your dinner starts is not our idea of an elegant reception.
We Use All Professional Equipment.
We use all the best professionally engineered and manufactured fabric structures
that money can buy. The equipment is top-of-the-line and rental tested tough to last
a long time and look good doing it. We are very safety conscious and all of our equipment
meets or exceeds the various building and health codes for electrical, gas services
or structural engineering.
Tents, Accessories & More.
Some companies only supply tents or only tables and chairs or don't have big sized
tents that can handle 50 to 1000 people under one roof. That's not a problem for
us as we have a complete inventory of everything for tents including lighting, floors,
stage, dance floor, heaters and cooling. The tent sizes range from 10'x10' up to
the 60' wide clear span structure tents.
We serve the Newark, Zanesville, Pataskala, Pickerington, Mt Vernon, Lancaster &
Columbus areas primarily, but we will travel for your event wherever it may be! Even
though we are based in Newark, we have setup tents in all parts of Central & Southeastern,
Western & Northern Ohio, for short term & long term special events. Of course, travel
or shipping charges apply, but most importantly you can take our high quality rentals
anywhere you need it!
Our office and showroom is located at 1015 Brice St. Newark, Ohio 43055. We accept
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express, and can FAX & e-mail you brochures,
information, or even contracts. If you're ready to reserve equipment, we can make
a computer quote reservation usually during the phone call, and fax, or e-mail it
to you for approval. We also have internet e-mail which is checked regularly, and
this website has an extensive collection of pictures and useful information that
will help you plan your event.
